Designed to infuse fun, intensity, and a touch of outdoor excitement into your routine, this WOD promises a refreshing change of scenery and a workout that engages both body and spirit. So, lace up those sneakers, embrace the sunshine, and let the park become your fitness haven.


Warm-up (5-7 minutes):

  • Begin with a light jog around the park, letting the summer breeze set the tone.
  • Dive into dynamic stretches – arm circles, leg swings, and high knees – as you connect with the natural surroundings.
  • Warm up your upper body with 2 sets of 10 breezy bench dips.

Breezy Bench Blitz (5 Rounds for Time):

  • 20 Bench Dips:
    • Engage your triceps with a series of breezy bench dips
  • 20 Bench Box Jumps:
    • Jump onto a bench testing your agility and explosive power. Ensure that you are stepping down from the bench.
  • 20 Push-ups (Feet on Bench):

  • 10x Summer Sprints:
    • 10 x 10 metre sprints back and forth
