Equipment that is flagged to be repaired must be sent back to the ChasingBetter Warehouse for further investigation. Responsibility to arrange redelivery for repairs is on the purchaser but an exception applies where equipment is too large to easily transport (typically treadmills and larger items which cannot be easily disassembled and transported). ChasingBetter is unable to send out maintenance staff for repair services off site due to safety protocols/policy.

PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL WARRANTIES* Warranty will be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user.

- Your products will not be covered under warranty if the product has not been regularly serviced and this causes your product to become faulty. Please contact our team if you have questions regarding servicing for your product
- A tax invoice or copy of your order must be provided for proof of purchase for all warranty claims
- ChasingBetter will endeavor to repair products which fall within the warranty period, if we are unable to repair, ChasingBetter will replace it with the same or equivalent product with the consent of the consumer.
- Repairs will be carried out as quickly as reasonably possible, however minor delays may occur when we source spare parts or arrange for the repairs to take place.
- Refunds will only be provided when there is a major fault with the product during the warranty period. Purchasers may elect to take a refund as store credit, otherwise refunds will be processed in the form payment was made.

ChasingBetter is not liable for any damages incurred due to freight mishandling, but we will make a reasonable effort to assist you to contact the shipping company to pursue a claim against them. Damage to products incurred by freight companies must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your products if you wish to seek our assistance in contacting the shipping company.
